IP69K hygiene, high-pressure washdown, CIP and SIP
Food production imposes a difficult trade-off: equipment must be cleaned aggressively and frequently, yet safety components must operate reliably for years. High-pressure, high-temperature water jets, alkaline detergents and CIP procedures rapidly destroy devices not designed for such conditions.
316 stainless steel devices with IP69K protection withstand direct jet washing at temperatures up to 80 °C and pressures of 100 bar. Mirror-polished surfaces and a design free of retention areas prevent residue build-up, while the double lid seal maintains protection even after hundreds of cleaning cycles.
For zones in direct contact with food products, the range includes models compliant with EHEDG guidelines. Non-contact switches, magnetically or RFID coded, eliminate mechanical wear and suit doors opened dozens of times per shift.
