Trapped Key Spring Handle Tongue Interlock with Two Personnel Keys
The M-HT-T Trapped Key Interlock uses a spring-loaded handle-locking mechanism that remains locked when the primary key is removed. Inserting and turning the correct coded key releases the two personnel keys, unlocking the handle and allowing access to the safeguarded area. The released personnel keys should be taken into the safeguarded area by authorised personnel, helping to reduce the risk of inadvertent machine start-up while access is required.

Key sold separately
Please note that for trapped key access locks, either a key or an actuator must be ordered with the product. This is required for manufacturing, as the internal mechanism must be configured to trap one of these parts. For assistance, please contact the IDEM Sales team.
