KL3-SS-P2L QC-M23 Guard Locking Safety Switch with Power to Lock and M23 Quick Connect
The KL3-SS-P2L QC M23 is a power-to-lock guard-locking safety interlock with a hygienic, mirror-polished 316 stainless steel body. With a holding force of up to 3000 N, it is designed to keep medium to large guard doors securely closed until hazardous motion or processes have stopped.
It is suitable for applications requiring strict washdown procedures, including high-temperature, high-pressure washing and exposure to corrosive cleaning chemicals.
Information with regard to UL Standards
Type 1 enclosure. Maximum temperature 40°C. Use 16-28AWG stranded copper conductors (rated 90°C). Terminal Torque 6 lb ins. (0.7Nm). Intended for same polarity use. A300 Pilot Duty. 240V. 3A. PF 0.38 or greater, tested for 6,000 cycles endurance Use one polymeric conduit connection. Not suitable for connection to rigid metal conduit.
